SimuChat — Privacy Policy

What we collect

• We do not collect personal data to our own servers.
• We do not run a backend for SimuChat user content.
• We do not collect or store your stories, messages, or exported videos remotely.

What we don’t collect

• No account registration.
• No contact list access.
• No microphone recording collection.
• No location tracking.
• No advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs.
• No sale or sharing of personal data.

On-device processing only

• Your stories and settings are stored on your device.
• Video rendering happens locally on your device.
• When you export, the file is saved locally and to Photos only with your permission.

Subscriptions and Apple services

• In-App Purchases are handled by Apple.
• Any payment and billing information is processed by Apple, not by us.
• We do not operate payment servers for SimuChat.

Your controls

• You can delete stories, participants, and messages at any time in the app.
• You can delete exported videos from Photos at any time.
• You can uninstall the app to remove local app data from the device.

User responsibility and prohibited use

You are solely responsible for content created, exported, and shared using SimuChat. You must not use SimuChat for impersonation, fraud, harassment, defamation, illegal activities, rights violations, or any deceptive or harmful purpose.

Liability disclaimer for misuse

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aipple, its owners, and contributors are not liable for user-generated content or misuse of SimuChat. Any unlawful or abusive use of the app is performed by the user at their own risk and responsibility.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of SimuChat after updates means you accept the revised policy.
